FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity? +
The minimum order is 10 jerseys per style. There's no maximum — we handle small community teams and full club orders of 100+ jerseys.
How long does the whole process take? +
From first contact to delivery, plan for approximately 5 weeks. Mockup approval takes 2–3 days, production 3–4 weeks, and delivery a few days. If you have a hard deadline, let us know early and we'll do our best.
Do you make shorts and socks too? +
Yes — every player kit ($40 + HST) already includes shorts. Socks are available as an add-on: standard sublimation socks at $9 + HST per pair, or Adidas Milano socks at $16 + HST per pair.
What logo file format do you need? +
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) work best. High-resolution PNGs at 300dpi+ also work. If you only have a low-res logo, we can often work with it or help recreate it.
Can I see a physical sample before committing? +
We provide a full digital mockup before any production begins. Physical samples are available for large orders (50+ jerseys) — ask when requesting a quote.
What is your payment process? +
We require a 50% deposit after design approval to start production, with the balance due before delivery. We accept e-transfer and credit card.
Do you ship outside Ontario? +
Currently we primarily serve Ontario. We can ship to other provinces — contact us for shipping rates and timelines for your location.
